RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AvenLife, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Requests

Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved. Depending on the fulfillment partner or supplier, return locations may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Products marked as final sale

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once a return request is approved and any required inspection is completed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
